Return Policy for the FilterQueen^® Majestic^® and Defender^®

Filter Queen Majestic^® and Defender^® purchases made directly from www.filterqueencanada.com are eligible for a full money back return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To return products purchased from FilterQueen^® Canada, please complete the following steps:

1.  Call FilterQueen^® Canada at 1-800-834-6850 ext 227 to arrange return.
2. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original FilterQueen packaging.
3. Ship by Canada Post to the one of our FilterQueen^® distribution facilities.

Please note:

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for return processing.
• Your refund will be applied to your original form of payment.
• Any shipping costs related to the return will be covered by the customer

Return Policy for Filter Queen Parts and Filters

You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. 15% restocking fee applies.
